Bonus structure improving, but still not competitive - Operations Manager Metropolis Employee Review

Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.

The job is very straightforward and good pay for the amount of time.

Healthcare sucks and the benefits are awful.
