      Pros

      None come to mind. I guess the snacks.

      Cons

      Leadership is extremely unprofessional. Our motto is literally “let’s f***ing go” and people scream it in townhalls. It feels like this place is a cult. I could write an essay the size of the holy bible in this space. I’m only still here because the job market cooled but everyday I fantasize about being unemployed and broke but at least I am far away from here.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
