Pros
Heavily subsidised lunch. Monthly rewards programme. Gift on your birthday. Good equipment to do your job. Better than average level of transformation. I had flexi-time and work from home. Secure free parking. Smart middle management open to ideas. Very good pay (if you're a specialist though).
Cons
I left because of politics though I regret it because traffic has been terrible since. Very transformed but some obvious cases of incompetence balanced out by having to maintain BEE target.
