Chaotic and Stressful - Anonymous employee Metropolitan Transportation Network Employee Review

The HR director is racistist. I was advised to "hang out with the white ladies" and I would be "just fine". Before hire, I was advised the lay of the land and told which employees to stay away from and which ones were ok. I was told that the CFO was incompetent and did not know his job; that he was hired at the direction of the owner. I was then advised that the Safety Manager was "An angry black woman" and that the HR director was working to get her terminated. (Seeing the new job postings it appears that this has happened). There are unethical things occuring, such as letting a cocain positive driver continue to be on routes due to driver shortages. The HR director removed the notification of the positive drug screen so that the driver could continue and before the Safety Mgr could discover and remove the driver.
