they don't care about the staff, doctors belittle you, horrible management, prejudice, high turn over rate, they fire you for having an opinion, owners are greedy, no overtime pay but they are very quick to dock you if you are late or out, no training at all, managers lie during interviews, hired for a position and was put to work in another department told I was now a floater do not expect to work in the position you applied for, very low pay for the amount of work they want you to do which is everyones job, no growth opportunities
