Pros

The pros are weekends off, at my location, payed vacation days and holidays off. My co'workers are the only reason I have lasted this long.

Cons

The management sucks, there is no communication between bosses. Managers play favorites constantly. The raises suck and bairly livable. No sick days because they want you to come into work throwing up or you get in trouble. Dont ask for more of a raise even when you know more of what's going on around the kitchen then your bosses do, you'll get told you do a bad job and dont work hard enough for a raise and it would be more beneficial to them to hire new people to replace you if they can pay them less. Good luck trying to move up in the industry it will lead to nowhere.
