Pros
Denny Meyer, the owner, appreciates his employees. He praises good jobs. He allows you to try new things like painting or crate making. As a fabricator you do other things such as wiring, trim-capping, vinyl, letters by hand etc. You're not stuck just doing vinyl all day everyday or trim gapping all day everyday. He will train you if you want to learn.
Cons
Being late or sick is understandable but some take advantage of it, are 20 minutes late daily and only work 4 days a week. You are given a chance to try new things like painting and crating but you're often only given one chance. If you mess up you might not get a chance to redeem yourself. There are some things that I have been trained to do but have not given a chance to show them I can do it. Projects should be doled out to certain management, micromanaging is a problem causing problems and stress. Project management and logistics need vast improvement so projects are done in order, on time, on spec, on budget. Having no one real project manager, but multiple wannabes and one micromanager equals dropped balls and missed opportunities.
