I had a lot of fun and learned a lot in the process. People are kind and supportive. It is a great organization to start your music education career.

I did not perceive many cons. Maybe it is challenging to learn how to manage the behavior of children who are tired after school, which is also why you learn a lot in this kind of job and environment.

Children are great, talented teaching artists, parents are dedicated volunteers

Inconsistent hours, inept leadership staff, poor communication, demeaning work environment, not a lot of diversity in leadership and teaching staff considering the organization works with a majority of Black students
