Leadership is a mess. Everyone is always fighting for more pay and no one on Supply Chain cares what the data says - the company never pays for talent. One person's opinion is all that matters. If you disagree with him, you're out. A laundry list of good people left because no one listens. The draw looks good on the outside, but inside it's just not worth it. There is a poor rep for this company in MSP for a reason. No matter what the career path looks like, it's not worth it. The CEO has no respect for HR and only listens to one person since he's so out of touch with the people and the operations. Run away.
