Strong know-how. Good place to start and learn the best practices. Highly respectfull for employees, has a humanitarian approach. Excellent training opportunities in most areas.
Cons
No fair competition amoung the employees. No life and work balance except HQ. Very low salaries if you are not an expat.. Highly difficult to upgrade and to get promote.
