      They don’t do micromanagement, you are really independent

      Cons

      The systems are really old, it is dificult to inderstand the process, but after you will have at least 6 months of experience, the things will be easier

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
