Pros
I just want to say that I have been with this company for over 25 years. This firm is like a family, who cares about their employees, what happens in their families, they are there for us if we have a crisis, and stand by us. We are always able to talk to the upper staff with issues and discuss them as adults, one on one. The issues get worked out.
Cons
As for cons, it is hard to come up with any. Someone who has stayed in one place for 25 years I would hope wouldn't have any cons.
