      -they said they wanted to grow in grand rapids -no goals

      Cons

      -They are on their high horse -no goals means there are lax employees -they only wait for clients to come to them (on ave ppl only go to the bank every 18mo) -While they want to grow they do not want to do the hard work to get there -antiquated systems
