Incompetent bosses and bosses that will throw you wherever they like without even considering what you are capable of. horrible job scope matching. Transportation claims were not in on time and they pay less then what they are employing you for. e.g. you asked and signed a contract for 2000 but they only give you 1800.Frequent MOM Officers visiting the offices and police are frequently seen outside office cause disgruntled employers cant get their pay on time and employees have to resort to legal force to get the money back. Bosses that will only shout at you all the time don't appreciate your work and your contributions. only know how to scold. late for 5 minutes for work and will scold you like as if you are a little kid in a school. They will not give you your payslips and will miss out on at least a few months of payslips until you hand in the resignation letter and wait for a few days until they happy already then hand you everything. There is no company nor medical benefits at all. what is promised in contract are not honored at all. e.g. medical card not given to me. MC will minus pay. late abit cause of some traffic or i am handling another project and got scolded.
