Constant micromanaging from corporate causes stress everywhere!!
Low pay, high stress, corporate doesn't care about you!
We lose several techs every few months to slightly higher paying jobs that have career growth and are substantially less stressful. Makes a good stepping stone but hurts the team every time.
One was told by a very senior manager that we can leave any day we want because we're easily replaceable... Really concerning view to have.
Corporate changes goals and how you do the job every month it seems. Job requirements keep increasing while they're are no pay raises as company policy. Seniority doesn't matter as you get taken advantage of eventually if you over achieve instead of getting rewarded.
Pay sucks if you can't sell high labor repairs or if you can't do loads of small repairs.
