Hours are rough, closing shifts used to be 1-10pm but now they pushed it to 2-11pm. Work life balance for full timers is hard to manage when management doesn't offer set days off to everyone. You'll be doing truck in the morning or at night and a lot of the merchandising is physically intensive. Management is hands off, which can be a plus, but rarely engages with the daily tasks and processes of the store operation so when things go wrong they don't always have a solution. Supervisor roles in each department often make less than their own sales associates so there is little motivation to get promoted.
