Pros
Good job security, salary and facilities; and really good work if you are looking something stable after marriage. Most of it is to fill and show off documentation correctly, so not much of field work (atleast for Engineers). Fill up the checklist properly and you are good to go. Less work, more to show on document.
Cons
Very poor Management, they don't have respect and value for employees, in engineering dept, management will treat you like slaves. Lot of badmouthing and belittling by managers. No respect for amount of efforts you put in. Lots of politics. Policies are toxic in the disguise of strictness. 1 year probation, and 2 months of notice period.
