      Pros

      Great bunch of people. Can work completely flexibly. The work is pretty intense and you need to be meticulous, but the HDMs are always there to help out and you are well recompensed

      Cons

      My current project has not got consistent tasks, so the workload and hours are a bit up and down, but that suits me fine and it’s all client led so I’m sure each project is completely different.

      Cons

      Not being able to get any new contracts by applying an dgoing through endless interviews with Zara. Every additional assignment I've received has been a continuation of my first and only assignment.
