Challenging tasks, working for a cause, accessible management, lovely colleagues, shared lunch, nice location, good learning curve and much much more
Cons
Apart from below average salary, there is nothing much wrong working with the company. But then again, when the company doesn't look to make much profit, I guess its acceptable.
