Their actions do not match their self-proclaimed value-set. Not kind and borderline emotionally abusive. No real leadership or development. Certain department leads are cruel and blatantly determine how they treat an employee on whether you are very subservient (constantly using the military as an example of how you should let your superior yell and be rude to you while you sheepishly keep your head down), race, sex, and connections. Find better if you can.
