I truly enjoy working at MicroHealth. We have a one-team approach that fosters learning and engagement from all employees. It is refreshing to work with a team that allows each employee to participate during meetings. I feel my voice is heard, and I play an important part in decision-making within my department. I love the Wellness program that is incorporated in the program. MicroHealth CEO and COO take care of their employees. This is a diverse company that focuses on learning and development with our online learning management system. There are endless courses to choose from specific to my role, but other topics I may be interested in learning. Professional development is big at MicroHealth, and I appreciate that. I love the diversity throughout the company. Leadership is well-balanced amongst races and genders. That is rare to see in most companies. I appreciate how caring and concerned MicroHealth has been for the employees' wellness, health, and safety during this COVID-19 pandemic. The discussions to keep the employees informed and making yourselves available have been refreshing. I love their are medical personnel on staff that can answer our questions and the company takes this pandemic serious.
