Volatile leadership, lack of transparency, and zero job security.
My Experience - I was abruptly let go on a Monday afternoon due to a vague "business decision." I was completely blindsided, and my access to all systems was cut off immediately while I was actively working.
The sheer disconnect in management at Micrologic is staggering. The Friday before, I was receiving public shout-outs from my colleagues for my contributions, actively putting out fires and solving critical issues for the team, and explicitly told by my Director that I was a "valued team member."
Leadership changes constantly at this company, and with that comes a total lack of direction and stability. As an employee, you are constantly lied to about your standing and the state of the business. You can give 100%, do everything right, be praised by your direct manager, and still be escorted out the door the next business day without an actual explanation.
