Pros
- Very little micromanagement/ oversight: worked in an office by myself most of time - great tenants and coworkers - ability to grow + learn on your own IF you're interested (you have to show interest though, not going to just be handed to you) I can confirm - wouldnt be where I am today without having been able to wear all the hats I did and meet all the people i collaborated with. Made some life long friends out of the experience. - No over time, strict 9am to 5pm schedule.
Cons
- titles are misleading (ie community manager...who also helps unclog toilets because the facilities guy always seems to be MIA). - pay is really well below market, and absolutely does not match roles. - the employees tend to all be females, yet there isn't a single female in senior management. - the PTO/Benefits policy is horrible. - The CEO is impossible to work with, and his co-founder (CTO) is great, when you can find him. - their infrastructure needs serious help or i dont see this company making it past 2020.
