Finance Disputes - Customer Success MicroSourcing Incorporated Employee Review

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, especially during the exit process. I expected to receive the final pay that was rightfully due to me, but instead I was informed that I had a negative balance and supposedly owed the company money. This was shocking and unacceptable. The reason given was deductions for absences even after I had already immediately resigned. Based on the payroll explanation, it appears their internal processes and payroll handling were poorly managed, yet the burden of that negligence was pushed onto the employee. Instead of properly resolving their own administrative issues, they expected a former employee to absorb the consequences. The clearance process also took far longer than it should have, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. What made it worse was the lack of responsiveness and urgency from the company. I had to seek assistance from DOLE just to get proper attention on the matter. Unfortunately, I also know a former colleague who experienced the exact same issue, which suggests this may not be an isolated case. Employees, even those who are leaving, deserve to be treated fairly, professionally, and in accordance with labor laws. Based on my experience, this company does not seem to value employee concerns or sentiments when serious issues arise. Because of everything that happened, I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.
