Great company - Orbital Welder MicroThermics Employee Review

I have worked here for over 10 years and I just love this company! We are growing fast, and I especially like that we have been hiring extremely competent and talented people. Continuous improvement, change and innovation are all built in and are at the core of our culture. We all work extremely well together, and have shown that we can tackle any challenge that comes our way. The owners really care about all of the employees here, and have done a great job of keeping the organization’s motivation and momentum high throughout this pandemic. A big “thank you” to the owners and all of my co-workers for making this such a great place to work!!!

I really can't think of any cons. The business is growing and optimism is high. Let's keep this going!

This is a people oriented business that works to create a strong team and to do the job better than right. I have no idea what motivated such incredible slurs but MicroThermics overall facility needs improvement but this is being addressed. The computer system is constantly being updated, and the lab has been audited by major corporations for their production purposes and passed with flying colors.

We suffer from the challenges of being a small company, normal stuff.
