HR policies and HRs are worst. No HR in Bangalore office and if we want anything we have to call to the HR in head office,they will not pick our calls , they wont respond to mails. Gives False promises at the time of joining. They treat it people like sales people. They don't know how to treat IT people. No hikes. No bonus. No proper Future vision for the company.
