Pros
Projects from scratch. No client constraints, so good suggestions will always be implemented in prod. Satisfactory pay. Friendly managers who have worked in very good companies before. Definitely the best place for 2 to 4 yrs experience people to take up responsibilities and grow.
Cons
New IT branch in Bangalore, which is treated equally with other sales branches by upper management. Poor motivation strategies on engineers just to increase sales, by upper management.
