I have found Micron to be both brilliantly innovative at the core. Micron has created a culture that blends well with the societal nature of the semi-conductor family and provides extraordinarily well for its employees at every level.
Cons
Eccentric in the manner of construction means and methods, still works but time and money are both begging to be saved.
