Pros
I worked in Micron for about 10 years already. I'm amazed that over the years the company has grown and so was the business. I love that they incorporated conversations around Diversity and Inclusion. In terms of the market rate, they generally pay high and I'm proud of that.
Cons
If there's one call out is on the Performance Appraisal process. I know that there's still a forced ranking concept . The bosses need to be transparent more on how you are ranked in your performance. Good if you have a supervisor who cares for you but bad if you don't have one.
