Pros
Micron had a lot of potential in the market. When I was first hired I thought there was a strong mission and team all focused on achieving great things.
Cons
The higher I moved in the company, the more I realized that I was just a cog in the machinery. There was very little appreciation of cross functional thinking. I found those in charge wanted to keep things to themselves.
