Cutthroat environment where people are not shy to admit that they are trying to 1-up you. Be comfortable with people not responding to your requests or to your chat, it's part of the culture. Extremely high workload during project milestones. Zero downtime in between tasks, so no time for one to recuperate or to retrospect a task. Story points allocation is a joke, because one can be working on multiple projects at once while not being advertised to upper management.
