Pros
-MANY opportunities for advancement
-One of very few contractors I know that pay a competetive salary on top of commission.
-Company vehicle provided upon request
-Travel to work in Maryland/Florida temporarily or permanently is an option.
-If you do your job well and reach your yearly revenue goals, you are allowed autonomy over your schedule and whereabouts during work hours.
-Nearly all MAC project managers hit their yearly revenue goals
-Upper management is reasonable, and has been accommodating and easy to work with so far
Cons
-The office has taken over a lot of the responsibilities that most other companies expect the project managers to do themselves. This can be frustrating at times.
-Commission is lower than what other companies offer, but the commission is also not based off the profit, like most other companies.
-Pay for your own gas, and insurance on company vehicle. But honestly, with the driving record I know some of my coworkers have, including myself, I can't even blame them for the insurance part. If you do not have a bad driving record, I've seen most of my coworkers get $50 a month or less for the insurance premium.
