Pros
The training requierments are great education and looks good on a resume. It is a well established company with a good reputaion. I feel that it is helping me advance my career to the next level.
Cons
It is hard to get customers to come to us with bigger jobs if they have never been to midas before because Midas is viewed by the public as a muffler and lube shop. I wish that it was more commonly recognized as a full service auto repair facility and hopw that Midas Corp. works on this misconceptioon in the form of nationalized advertising emphasizing the services that are offered. I cannot remember the last time I saw a Midas commercial on TV.
