Pros
The work was great and interesting as long as I had a manager that supported me. Good environment. The company is located in a dynamic area near Seoul. Lunch is provided in the company and there is a fitness room. Salary is okay, but not great either.
Cons
Everything depends on your relation with your manager. Middle management is just horrible in this company. They don't know how to manage people. Everyone in the company feels he has to work until very late even if no one tells it.Extra hours are not paid either as it is seen as some kind of "volontary work". CEO has very strange ideas which are sometimes quite borderline. Company tells that they respect foreign staff, but in fact they don't really care.
