Many well practiced teachers with a wide breadth of experience and credentials.

Saturday classes can be exhausting.

My fellow teachers demonstrated care and competence in their roles, free meals, more free time during the day than traditional public school teaching, funded professional development, 403B contributions, great insurance. Pros definitely outweigh the cons if you okay giving up weekend free time.

Very time demanding outside of teaching. Coaching a sport is supposedly required of all teachers, though some don’t seem to. Rules and expectations not always consistent across all staff. WEEKEND COMMITMENTS MANDATORY.
