Good communication from management despite rapid/ frequent clinical changes Great resources to check in with either physicians or managers with frequently scheduled office hours Well detailed protocols Flexible scheduling remote work Great culture and mission at provider level

Cons

Terrible pay, even considering the added quarterly bonuses for increased patient volumes. No offer for company stock for a startup, at least not for NPs, which is ironic as the providers are the driving force of the business revenue.

There is no 401(k) match, and the health insurance benefits are disappointing, including limited coverage for the company's own services. Frequent provider turnover results in patients being reassigned multiple times, disrupting continuity of care. Very short appointment slots and increasing productivity demands prioritize quantity over quality, making it difficult to build therapeutic relationships, provide comprehensive care, and earn bonus incentives.
