      honestly, there are none. its a regular mediocre ran company.

      Cons

      employees in management positions shouldn't be there. Rash decisions on letting employees go but then re-hiring a few weeks later. No work life balance at all.

      - incredibly flexible (hybrid, 1 day in person) - great mentorship and guidance - happy employee life and work balance

      Cons

      - more independent and not much need for regular face-to-face interactions (pro/con depending on your preferences)
