      Pros

      People are friendly School grounds look great

      Cons

      Endless after school and weekend activities unrelated to academics. There are a ton of extra murals on offer and too few teachers to manage them all, meaning teachers have to spend many hours outside of school time managing teams and activities. Teachers are often overworked and feel undervalued.

      Pros

      I strive to teach new and developing players, to see them achieve their dreams as well as make me a better coach! As a teacher/coach, you learn from your players as well.

      Cons

      At the moment im currently working on a contract base, when the season is over, I then look for new coaching positions and in some cases I struggle to get new coaching positions.
