Dispatch is confusing and general manager only thinks of money. Working for this company is a waste of time. Don't push your luck. They scream at you. Dispatchers doesnt respect you. They dont even know what they are doing. Many shipper was already disappointed when giving loads to this company. They have high cancellation rate and does not consider the welfare of their drivers and staff. Not enough compensation too.
