Biweekly Paycheck, easy to get hired, quick interview process

Cons

Salary, lack of professionalism amongst CNA/CMA staff- swearing on the floor, senior management engaging in favoritism and creating cliques, unqualified senior management in healthcare department, rampant jealousy and negativity amongst veteran staff against college students and degreed staff, residents do not come first- staff egos do, expensive and low quality healthcare benefits for CNA/CMAs, no bonuses/raises for CNA/CMAs

Pros

I loved working with the management staff at Stoneybrook Assisted Living.

Cons

Chronically understaffed due to acuity level, however staffing constraints should not be attributed to management at the facility.

Pros

good environment, usually good quality care

Cons

LOW pay and terrible raise system where you are looking at years before you land at a competitive rate, management is polite and will speak with a smile but unsupportive, some coworkers are cliquish, false promises and moving goalposts where they say one thing when they hire you and then shift things later to suit whatever they want, not much room for growth and professional development. Also be aware this is a "SMALL BUSINESS" vibe where people that have worked here for years feel personally bonded to the corporation and they have internalized corporate interests as their own. They jump to defend Midwest even when it goes against workers interests
