The people - everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We are like a big family, while still getting the work done in a prompt and professional manner.

Its a very flat and small organization so there isn't a lot of upward mobility or promotions. I've also heard several people complain bout the raises.

The flexibility and management is great. A lot of opportunities to grow with in the company. The people I work with are great as well

It is stressful at times because things move and change so quickly. So if you can not adapt or do not handle fast paced environments well then it may not be for you.
