      Pros

      Work/life balance is amazing. Your mental health comes first and flexibility in life is really understood. Very talented management and leaders in the company ranging from Harvard, MIT, Amazon, and lots of interesting backgrounds. Management is ALWAYS open to feedback and asking for it. Amazing mission towards helpings kids struggling with mental health. The company really cares for their customers.

      Cons

      Health insurance is not great for spouses. Cross-team communication can be a bit rough sometimes but leadership is really working on it and took the feedback amazingly. Because it is a smaller company and a startup there can sometimes be too many opinions on a project causing it to be held up.

      - Super collaborative team - Incredible work ethic across departments - Intelligent planning and forecasting at leadership level - Positive growth opportunities - Positive culture and focus on improving work culture - Emphasis on testing, data, science, and outcomes - Focus on quality product iterations and customer experience - Prioritization of customer experience

      Cons

      - Smaller team means many hats for all employees (typical part of a start up) - In growth stage so a lot of pivoting (a pro for some, but could be seen a con for others)
