      Relaxed environment - no pressure Pay scale consider the a average amongst other Q-Companies ( not the highest but not the lowest too) Pay on time

      Cons

      High discriminations between employees and upper management no clear strategy no support from management high intervention of consultant company with no clear vision of what we want to do

      Good work-life balance, good benefits, nice offices, big challenges and a lot of learning

      Cons

      Too siloed. VP are not aware of how things actually happen. Every department work for themselves only.
