This place is a great place to work in beauty. The culture here is amazing, including the attitude of all upper management and the CEO. The company is currently doing very well which is very telling of all the amazing team members working hard to drive the company's growth. I know that several years ago the company had a very different culture which is why there are some bad reviews but I would just focus on the more recent ones if you are considering working here.

Benefits and compensation could be better. Especially the healthcare options.
