Every day you are challenged. Both professionally and personally. Really pushing your comfort zone to learn new things.

The people I worked with there are still people I call friends and still hangout with to this day, however none of us still work there. The environment is a fun place to be everyday and that's the only reason a person comes back. Also the training I received while I worked there was beneficial for the work I'm doing now as a manager for a industrial sales company.

PAY or the lack there of. This was the only reason my now wife and I ever fought. Looking back I still don't know how I made it as long as I did, over a year there. Time consumption, this place will consume your life if you let it. They sale people on the "idea" of one day making it and all of the time and effort are worth it, however that day never comes. One of the guys that did "make it" to management was later demoted due to the fact that the people below him quit and all of the years he spent working there went down the drain.
