Employer dose not pay off to employees according to employees dedication at all. Employees qualifications and work assigned dose not math at all. False promises by employer about increment. Machines are not capable to deliver the job. Management is not doing their job properly. Employees wellbeing is not important to the company. All festivals are celebrated but after working hours. No overtime compensation paid to employee .
