      Milestone gives opportunities to people without IT backgrounds, it's great if you want to change career direction. Perks are pretty decent for the type of company. The CEO and higher leadership are approachable and seem to have a good vision and values

      Cons

      Middle management suffers, they can be taken advantage by their clients which can cause disruption for employees looking to develop further. Not a lot of time given for training, up skilling. Not a lot of care for the individual

      Several recognition programs, learning and development resources and opportunities, a CEO who remembers your name, remote roles, supportive work-life flexibility, and feedback is actually implemented to improve employees' experience.

      Cons

      While being a remote employee has its privileges, I do miss engaging with my team in person.

      Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
