Pros
My coworkers are friendly, and supportive for the most part. I have been working here for a few years and the shift in management was interesting. The newer assistant director, Tasha, is amazing and super helpful for all us teachers. I love all the activities and things for the kiddos to do as well.
Cons
The lead director is very unhelpful and honestly quite rude to us, she seems to be on a power trip being in charge. If a child needs to be removed from a classroom for whatever reason, she is very slow in doing so, and does not do anything in her office to help the kid who got sent there. She acts like a mean girl from high school unnecessarily. The school is not very clean either, the night shift often slacks off, but is well coordinated, there is just too much for them to do and do well. This place has gotten so frustrating, with staff changes constantly, not enough pay and lack of raises, forgotten or pushed back breaks, constantly being asked to come in early or stay late, 10 hours shifts, and the favoritism in the staff, this is not a place I will be working much longer.
