-Low pay $12-14 an hr
-No lunch breaks for morning or evening 8hr shifts (only 8-5 shift gets a lunch break) and you can't change your shift, it's assigned to you by the director.
-constantly understaffed rooms
-5 pto days a year
-No sick days (they combine the pto with the sick days, so basically if you are sick during the year you have no vacation days left for the year.
-Calling out (including for illness) =write up 2 write ups =probation /dismissal
