1.Pros is yiu will get job ( unstable) very important 2.You will get basic amenities like free coffee and tea 3. Sunday is fixed off

1.Very toxic work place 2.No job stability you can easily fired by manager not TL 3. Work-life balance poor . 4. No promotion 5. No support from HR junior. 6. Employees need to arrange their own laptop for joining 7. Manger behaviour with employees was not professional.

Very bad workplace , Toxic culture parmoted , Manager is Big issue problem there for leaving Hr will not gonna help you in that after complaint to HR they pretend will pretend him this is your fault not his this is common in sales but what about the talk behaviour with staffs. Everyone planning to leave within 1 months becuz of this management.
